Manuel is a former PepsiCo Executive and Environmental Engineer with a Major in Chemistry, who has been deeply involved in developing new approaches to solve environmental issues ever since he started college. He's the Founder and Inventor of TimePlast and ZeroPlast ( and has worked on several scientific publications including a super-conductor at environmental temperature, an electron accelerator machine to mimic Nervous Terminalis' charges, a Photovoltaic duo decuple layer panel, and a pneumatic-hydraulic engine to name a few. Manuel was also solely awarded the only known patent in the world for the molecular degradation of plastic; (U.S. Patent # US9181412). He was given a U.S. National Interest Visa, and his technology is the first in the history of the American Plastic Recyclers Association to pass their Critical Guidance Protocol while at the same time addressing the end-of-life issues that Plastic Pollution is causing; a very important feat given the fact historically Circular Economy (Recycling) and Environmental concerns of plastic pollution (Nature End-of-Life) Concepts were thought to be opposing.

His technology has been proven and tested in Woods End Laboratories, Datapoint Labs, Avomeen Analytical services, Plastic Forming Enterprises and others.

​​Victor Cardenal Sr.  has spent the past 35 years in the insurance industry. He has been the President and Operations Director for two insurance companies.  He has also owned multiple business, both in the US and abroad.

   In 1997, Mr. Menendez was awarded a Master’s of Science in Mental Health Counseling from St. Thomas University, and has experience owning and operating healthcare businesses and other businesses throughout South Florida.

   He enjoys the reputation of a successful entrepreneur and businessman and is known for developing effective, high-quality wellness programs. Mr. Menendez is also experienced in financial and business management.

  Victor has over 20 years of multi-unit retail sales management experience. He has been responsible for over 55 million dollars in sales per year and has successfully built and developed sales teams all over the United States.

 Jose is a mechanical engineer with over 7 years of experience in the plastic industry, with knowledge in extrusion and plastic mixing processes. Jose participated in the construction of the first Extrusion plant of foamed sheets and PVC in Venezuela with The Petrochemical company Pequiven S.A. and Petrocasa S.A., being in charge of the engineering department, and the start-up and commissioning of all electro-mechanical installations and equipment.

Jorge has been the Senior account executive for ultimate, LLC, which is a company specializing in cardiology and Medicare Risk Adjustment.  jorge's  responsibilities include marketing, contracting, training and servicing of HMO accounts. Jorge has continually met all set sales quotas and has been responsible for bringing in the largest Humana MSO’s and developing Ultimate’s cardiology networks throughout Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties in Miami, FL. Jorge also has been the senior account manager for Pinnacle Hospitality Systems, Inc. his Responsibilities included marketing, training and servicing of POSitouch Point of Sale (POS) restaurant management software throughout Dade County.  POSitouch has the leading POS software/hardware package available to restaurant owners wanting to automate their business.   jorge has continually exceeded all set sales quotas and have been named “number one sales representative” for the company six of the nine years while employed. Jorge has also worked as a sales representatives for Seiden & Company, Inc.  his Responsibilities included opening up and servicing new accounts throughout Latin America. Catering primarily to the hospitality industry, he has been responsible for brining in several large accounts, including the Hyatt in Chile, Holiday Inn Express in Chile and Argentina, Swissotel in Peru, Barcelo Hotels in Costa Rica, Melia hotels in Costa Rica, and Embassy Suites in Puerto Rico. He also managed new territories in the Latin American Market for MEHL Biophile International. he Established partnerships with health care providers and placed new laser-based medical technology throughout Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia and Venezuela.

Jorge has also been the director of provider recruitment & service for Managed Care of America PPO. his Responsibilities involved coordinating the development of a statewide PPO network, negotiating contracts with physicians, ancillary providers, hospitals, and insurance companies.  Exercising direct supervision of the Provider Relations Department, he developed and implemented recruiting policies and procedures as well as an MIS system to handle provider tracking and credentialing. he has also worked as director of provider relations for family medicine providers, INC, (PIU), his Responsibilities included the development, maintenance and credentialing of provider networks for Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties in Florida. Visited physicians' offices on a regular basis acting as the liaison between the organization and the provider. he Educated providers and their staff regarding the HMO's policies and procedures. he also Analyzed referral patterns of providers to help lower utilization.

Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel for the Chrysalis Center, Inc. and General Counsel for Court Options, Inc. The Chrysalis Center is a community mental health center serving Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties with over 950 employees. Court Options is an approved and qualified provider of probation, pre-trail diversion and other criminal justice programs for Miami-Dade, Monroe and Broward Counties. Eduardo has been involved in numerous public boards and commissions as an official member. Most recently, he was the Chairman of the Florida Boxing Commission originally appointed by Gov. Jeb Bush and re-appointed by Gov. Charlie Crist. Eduardo has been confirmed by the Florida Senate to that position three times.

Eduardo is currently serving a second term as a member of the Federal Judicial Nominating Committee Florida Southern District appointed by Senator Marco Rubio. Member Federal Judicial, Nominating Committee Florida Southern Dist. 2012 to Present. Chairman Florida Boxing Commission  June 1999 to July 2009. Fmr.  Lou is an expert in the design industry with extensive experience dealing with both general and Latin American markets. Strategic creative leader with the proven ability to successfully sell ideas, inspire teams, drive business goals and serve advertisers. Lou Excels at creative concept development and establishing brand awareness. he has Over fifteen years of experience developing marketing solutions for top global brands. Lou is also an Expert in concept and strategy development for large campaigns, with Proven ability to motivate and inspire creative teams to deliver superb creative work under tight deadlines, and fully capable of handling the entire creative process from thumbnails to final execution. Experienced in hiring and directing all personnel involved in the production process, including: designers, copywriters, photographers, talent, etc.

Lou has been the Senior Art Director for Graphic Outlooks Inc., he was Responsible for the development, implementation and creation of all projects as well as hiring and managing of all designers and copywriters. Often contracted by larger ad agencies in the development of print and TV ad campaigns. Clients: Publix supermarkets, Johnny Walker Black, Pollo Tropical, McCann Erickson Miami, International Artists Group.

He has also been the Art Director for Avanti-Case Hoyt, a Design / Print house specializing in direct mail fashion and home catalogs.he was In charge of catalog creation and development from initial layouts to final print. Responsibilities included: Production of layouts, talent selection, onsite art direction, photo editing, creation of digital files, and proofing of final printed pieces. Clients: Marshall Fields, Dillard's, Dayton-Hudsons, Woodrow and Lothrop, Burdines. He Worked alongside fashion & product photographers to achieve the director’s vision. Other Responsibilities included: Working with the creative team in the planning and implementation of creative look and feel of piece. Set design and prop allocation.

Lou was also the Visual Merchandiser for Burdines of Florida, in which he Created displays and graphic visuals to promote sales in fashion and cosmetic areas. He was In charge of visual set ups for in-store appearances by Elizabeth Taylor, Catherine Deneuve, Paulina Poriskova and Paloma Picasso. Lou was Awarded #1 nationwide by Yves Saint-Laurent for the set up of Jazz fragrance launch.
